Senior Lettings Negotiator
 
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Basic Salary: £20,000 per annum
OTE: £40,000+ per annum
Car Allowance: £2,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm + alternate Saturdays
 
Our client, a highly regarded and dynamic independent Estate Agency in Weybridge, is on the lookout for a confident and driven Lettings Negotiator to join their established and high-performing lettings team. Key Responsibilities

• Registering and qualifying new applicants
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Negotiating lets between landlords and tenants
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Generating new business and upselling services
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Meeting and exceeding individual and office targets

What We’re Looking For

• At least 12 months’ experience in lettings
• Proven ability to hit targets and convert leads
• High-energy and motivated attitude with a genuine love for property
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong presentation, professionalism, and client rapport
• Local knowledge of Weybridge and surrounding areas is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• ARLA qualified preferred, though not essential
