We are on the lookout for an experienced Property Manager to join a thriving market leading independent agent in the city of Cambridge.

My client is hugely successful in the city and is looking for someone experienced in Lettings or Property Management, who can join their Property Management department. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience within property management, who is capable and able to deliver a first class customer experience.

On offer will be a basic salary of £28,000 right the way up to £35,000 for someone highly experienced, plus a whole host of other great benefits such as private healthcare.

Duties Include:

• Keeping tenants and landlords updated on all activity
• Liaising with contractors to arrange for works to be carried out
• Dealing with any issues that arise on properties
• Undertake property inspections and inventories

Experience Needed:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years working within property management
• Thorough in your work and an eye for detail
• Great at communicating
• The ability to deliver first class customer service at all times
