Lettings / Property Manager

Our clients, a well-established and successful Estate Agency in Rochdale, are looking to recruit a Lettings / Property Manager to join their successful team. The position will be working in a growing business with day-to-day tasks including Property Management, Inspections, Viewings and some potentially some Valuations

Working hours:

• Full Time
• Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm

The successful Lettings / Property Manager role will be offered:

• Basic salary £30,000
• OTE £35,000
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

To be considered for the Lettings / Property Manager role you must have:

• Experience within Lettings industry
• Property Management experience
• Full driving licence

As a Lettings / Property Manager, your role will involve:
