You’ll be managing a compact, premium portfolio of around 70–75 residential properties—balancing both property management and tenancy progression responsibilities. From handling move-ins and arranging safety checks, to coordinating repairs and managing end-of-tenancies, this is a varied and hands-on role where you can take full ownership of your portfolio.
