Lettings Lister – Hemel Hempstead

A well-established, family-run independent estate agency is seeking an experienced Lettings Lister to join their busy office in Hemel Hempstead.

With a managed portfolio of over 750 properties, this agency is the largest organically grown operation in the area and is renowned for delivering a high standard of customer service.

Working in a lettings / property management team of 7 along side a sales team of 5

About the role:
· Identifying business opportunities and create self-generated appointments.
· Participating in exceeding targets on property appraisals, instructions and lets.
· Conducting quality Market Appraisals and win instructions
· Managing and maintaining an accurate Landlord database.
· Maintaining regular contact with Landlords and applicants and noting all correspondence and communications.
· Business generation.
· Various ad-hoc administration office duties.
· Maintaining goodwill, establishing trust and building long lasting relationships with clients.
· Working collaboratively with the sales department and referring business where necessary.
Skills and experience:
· Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
· Comfortable making cold calls and meeting clients face-to-face
· Excellent negotiation skills with a confident, professional approach.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
· A strong customer focus
· Desire to meet and exceed targets
· Self-motivation and good attention to detail
· Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
· Full UK driving licence
· Previous experience in LETTINGS/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is essential.
