Lettings Valuation Manager – Reigate, Surrey
Basic Salary: £28,000–£30,000 (DOE) | OTE up to £40,900
Car Allowance: Up to £3,500 (depending on vehicle)
Full-time | Permanent | 5-day working week

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a confident and driven Lettings professional to join a leading estate agency in Reigate as a Lettings Valuation Manager.

This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong lettings background and proven valuation experience, looking to step into a client-facing, business-generating position with fantastic earning potential.

The Role:

You’ll be the primary Lettings Valuer for the Reigate hub, responsible for generating and converting new business to grow the portfolio. You'll work directly with landlords, building strong relationships while delivering expert advice and outstanding customer service.

This is an office and field-based role with the focus on:

• Conducting rental valuations and winning new instructions
• Delivering exceptional service to prospective landlords
• Building long-term client relationships and cross-selling services
• Working to instruction targets and contributing to the growth of the lettings division
• Staying informed on local market trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in residential lettings (with at least 1 year valuing)
• Proven record of winning business in a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive and self-motivated
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

What’s On Offer:

• Basic salary £28,000–£30,000 (DOE)
• OTE up to £40,900 (including car allowance, commission, and bonuses)
• Commission structure: £150 (FM), £100 (RC), £50 (TF) per move-in
• Monthly bonus of £300 when instruction target is achieved
• Additional referral incentives and bonus schemes
• 5-day working week
