Your duties will include: Diagnosing hardware and software faults Carrying out Level 2 board-level repairs Performing Level 3 microsoldering and component-level repairs Screen, battery, charging port and camera replacements Fault-finding and diagnosing charging, power and connectivity issues Repairing motherboard and PCB-related faults Working on Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy devices Carrying out post-repair diagnostics and quality testing Ensuring all repairs meet required quality standards Accurately recording repairs and parts used Working efficiently to meet daily repair targets Maintaining a clean, organised and professional work area Apple & Samsung Experience Essential with a Level 2 or 3 Qualification The Ideal Candidate We're looking for technicians who are: Highly skilled and technically minded Detail-oriented and quality focused Reliable and organised Comfortable working to repair targets and deadlines Passionate about technology and electronics Able to work independently as well as part of a team Committed to delivering a high standard of workmanship What We Offer Competitive salary / hourly rate Full-time, permanent opportunity Monday–Friday working Overtime opportunities Modern repair facilities Opportunities to develop your technical skills Friendly and supportive working environment Regular exposure to the latest Apple and Samsung devices Career progression opportunities Experienced Level 2 or Level 3 technician looking for your next challenge?
