Level 2 Early Years Educator

Reeson Education is delighted to present an opportunity for a Level 2 Early Years Educator to join a nurturing and inclusive nursery setting in Leyton, Waltham Forest. This full-time role offers a supportive environment for a dedicated early years practitioner to thrive while delivering high-quality childcare.

What You'll Do as a Level 2 Early Years Educator:

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework.

• Support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children through structured play.

• Observe, assess and document progress using nursery recording systems.

• Ensure the learning environment is safe, clean, and welcoming.

• Promote positive relationships with children, staff, and families.

• Apply behaviour management strategies that nurture social and emotional development.

• Engage in regular CPD and contribute to team development.

We're Looking For a Level 2 Early Years Educator Who:

• Holds a Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.

• Has experience working in nursery or early years settings.

• Possesses strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Understands the EYFS framework and child development principles.

Details for Level 2 Early Years Educator:

• Location: Leyton, Waltham Forest

• Hours: 8:30am - 4:45pm (Mon - Thurs), 8:45am - 4:45pm (Fri) or 9:30am - 5:45pm (Mon - Thurs), 9:45am - 5:45pm (Fri)

• Pay: £12.21 - £12.50 per hour depending on experience
