The ideal Early Years Educator

• Hold a Level 2 EYFS qualification
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
• Able to build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
• A positive role model with a caring and enthusiastic approach
• Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
• Passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment

Salary is based on qualification level and experience.
