Job Description - Level 2 NDT Technician

Are you an experienced quality inspector? Do you have a strong understanding of NDT testing? Do you hold an NDT Level 2 or above? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Our client, a leading aerospace business, is recruiting for a Level 2 NDT Technician. Salary dependent on experience
Monday – Thursday 18:00 – 06:00 (Night Shift)

Level 2 NDT Technician
Job Description

Performing inspection operations (MPI, DPI and Visual) in accordance with relevant procedures.
Ensuring NDT equipment is maintained and suitable for the operation
Preparing and authorising product test reports and interpreting and evaluating test results against defined acceptance standards
Conducting tests and inspections to ensure product is conforming to customer product specifications and definitions.
Managing workflow to meet production requirements.

Level 2 NDT Technician
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience carrying out level 2 dye penetrant testing
Holder of a level 2 NDT Certificate in Penetrant Inspection
Well-versed working within a highly regulated industry (aerospace, automotive, rail, nuclear, marine etc)
