Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and inclusive team. What We’re Looking For:

• Level 2 in Early Years or equivalent qualification

• Previous experience working in an early years setting

• Good knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for early childhood education, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for children and their families

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support children’s development

• Observe and document children’s progress and behaviour, keeping parents and guardians informed

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a stimulating and well-organized learning environment

• Uphold the nursery’s policies and procedures, promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion
