Role Details

Position: Level 2 Nursery Teaching Assistant
Location: St. Albans
Salary: £465-£500 per week
Start Date: Immediate or September

What You'll Do

Support children aged 2-5 with their daily learning and development.
Deliver engaging, play-based activities that encourage creativity and exploration.
Promote early language, literacy, numeracy, and social development.
Encourage children's confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive nursery environment.
Work closely with experienced Early Years practitioners to support every child's individual needs and developmental milestones.

What We're Looking For

A Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or Early Years setting.
A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to commute to St. Albans.
