We are currently supporting a range of nurseries, preschools, and early years settings across Cornwall who are looking to appoint qualified and experienced Level 3 Childcare Practitioners. These are excellent opportunities for individuals who are passionate about early childhood development and committed to delivering high-quality care and education.

About the role:
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS, promoting the wellbeing and progress of every child. You'll work collaboratively with your team to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering planned activities that support children's learning and development

• Observing, assessing and tracking children's progress against EYFS milestones

• Promoting positive behaviour, safety, and wellbeing at all times

• Building professional relationships with parents and carers

• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, hygiene and organisation

We're looking for candidates who:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent)

• Have recent experience in a nursery, preschool or EYFS setting

• Understand the EYFS and child development principles

• Are passionate, reliable, and work well in a team

• Have strong communication skills and a warm, professional approach
