Level 3 Customer Service & Sales Apprenticeship – AMETEK Land

Apprenticeship Summary:




  • Salary: £7.55 an hour

  • Working Week: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm including a 30 minute break

  • Hours: 40 hours per week

  • Online apprenticeship training supported by our skilled tutors 

  • Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship standard qualification 

  • Location: Stubley Lane Dronfield, Derbyshire, S18 1DJ


The Role:



We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Commercial Apprentice to join our Inside Sales team at LAND Instruments International Limited. This apprenticeship offers an great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international sales environment while learning about our cutting-edge products and services. 



Main Duties:




  • Customer and Sales Support: Help the Inside Sales team respond to customer inquiries, providing top-notch service to make sure all their needs are met. You’ll be the first point of contact, learning how to deliver excellent service and keep customers happy

  • Coordinating Internal Functions: Work with different departments to share product information and help find the best solutions for our customers. You’ll build teamwork skills while learning how each department contributes to the bigger picture

  • Cold Calling/Outbound Lead Generation: Get involved in reaching out to potential customers. You’ll be learning the ropes of cold calling and lead generation, helping to expand our customer base and support our sales team’s growth

  • Learning the Technical Side of Our Products: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and how they work. Understanding the technical features will not only help you assist customers better, but it’ll also make you an important part of our sales efforts

·       Educational Requirements: Strong academic background (A-Levels or equivalent) or relevant technical work experience.


 


Training and Development:


 


As an apprentice, you will receive support through both on-the-job learning and formal training as part of your apprenticeship programme. This will typically include:


 



  • Study towards a relevant qualification, Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Diploma.

  • On-the-job training and mentoring from experienced professionals.

  • Regular review meetings to track progress and development.
