Your New Role As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 6 months to 5 years. You will contribute to a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive environment that supports children's development and early learning experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality teaching and learning in line with the EYFS framework Supporting children's development through engaging, child-led activities Acting as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families Carrying out observations, assessments, and planning Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times Supporting daily routines and promoting children's wellbeingWhat You'll Need to Succeed
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above) Experience working with children aged 6 months - 5 years Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards Excellent communication and organisational skills A passion for early childhood development A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learnWhat You'll Get in Return
