About the Role as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

Engage Education is looking for a flexible and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work on a supply basis in a variety of high-quality nurseries and early years settings across Dewsbury. Your Responsibilities As A Level 3 Early Years Practitioner May Include:

• Supporting daily routines and activities in line with the EYFS
• Engaging children through creative and stimulating play
• Supporting learning through planned and spontaneous activities
• Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment
• Collaborating with permanent staff to support continuity of care

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education - essential
• Recent experience working with children aged 0-5 in a nursery or school
• Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding
• Reliable, adaptable, and confident in new environments
• Passionate about early years education and care
