About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated team.

The successful candidate will play an important role in providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for children aged 0–5 years, helping them to feel safe, valued and supported as they learn and grow.

You will work closely with colleagues to create a stimulating, inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

Build warm, positive and trusting relationships with children and their families.

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's individual interests and development.

Observe, assess and record children's progress and contribute to their individual learning journeys.

Support children's personal, social and emotional development.

Promote positive behaviour and encourage children's independence and confidence.

Maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating learning environment.

Work effectively as part of a professional and supportive team.

Communicate positively with parents, carers and colleagues.

Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies and procedures.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or an equivalent recognised qualification.

Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

Warm, caring, patient and approachable.

Reliable, professional and committed to high standards of childcare.

A confident communicator with children, parents and colleagues.

Able to work effectively as part of a team while also using their own initiative.

Knowledgeable about the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.

Enthusiastic about creating positive experiences and opportunities for young children.
