Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Garretts Green

Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of a lovely nursery in Garretts Green who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, Monday-Friday basis.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and reach their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

*Supporting children's learning, development and daily routines

*Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities

*Supporting children's personal care needs

*Working in line with the EYFS framework

*Observing, assessing and recording children's progress

*Encouraging positive relationships and social development

*Maintaining a safe, welcoming and stimulating nursery environment

*Working closely with colleagues, parents and other professionals

*Following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies

Requirements

*Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years

*Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting

*Good understanding of the EYFS

*Strong communication and teamwork skills

*A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare

*Paediatric First Aid is desirable

*Reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach
