Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners for opportunities across the London Borough of Hackney.

We are working with a range of welcoming and well-established nurseries, primary schools and Early Years settings that are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and experienced practitioners to support children across the EYFS.

This is an excellent opportunity for Level 3 Early Years Practitioners, Nursery Nurses and Early Years Educators looking for regular work in supportive settings across Hackney.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Support children across the EYFS framework

Deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning activities

Support children's social, emotional and educational development

Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment

Encourage children's communication, confidence and independence

Observe and assess children's progress

Contribute to children's learning journeys and development records

Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff

Work collaboratively with teachers and other Early Years professionals

Follow safeguarding, health and safety and school policies

Who We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in hearing from:

Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners

Level 3 Nursery Nurses

Early Years Educators

Experienced Nursery Practitioners

Early Years Teaching Assistants with relevant qualifications

You will need:

A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification

Recent experience working with children in an Early Years setting

Good knowledge of the EYFS framework

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A caring, patient and nurturing approach

The ability to build positive relationships with young children

Strong safeguarding awareness

A professional, reliable and adaptable approach

Availability for regular work
