Salary: Up to £28,600

Hours: 40 hours per week, all year round

Our client, a vibrant and nurturing nursery, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their energetic team. This role is key to delivering high-quality care and education in a safe, stimulating, and child-centred environment.

The nursery features multiple playrooms and a spacious outdoor learning garden, purposefully designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and learning through play.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent)

• Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team

• A genuine passion for early years education

• Up-to-date understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and interact with children to support their learning and development

• Plan and deliver creative, play-based activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care

• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress accurately

• Support the wider team in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and inspiring environment
