Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Our client, a well-established and welcoming nursery, is looking for a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early years professional to play a key role in supporting children's learning and development within a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment.
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, where children feel valued and supported in their early years journey. Working as part of a collaborative team, they will encourage learning through play, build strong relationships with families, and ensure that every child’s individual needs are met.
With spacious playrooms and dedicated outdoor areas, the nursery provides a fun and stimulating space where children can explore, play, and thrive.
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
A passion for early childhood development and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and high-quality early years education.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Provide a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports children’s emotional and social development.
Act as a keycarer, building strong bonds with children and tracking their progress.
Work closely with parents and carers, offering regular updates and feedback.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the nursery.
Collaborate with colleagues, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
