Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

41 hours per week | All year round

Salary:Up to £26,500

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and education to young children in a safe and nurturing environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).

• Experience working with young children in a nursery setting.

• Knowledge of early childhood development theories and best practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for young children.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote all areas of development.

• Observe and assess children's progress to inform further planning.

• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, providing updates on children's development and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and attendance
