Hourly Rate: Up to £29,000

40 hours per week

The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for early childhood development and hold a Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years. This warm nursery, rated Good by Ofsted, provides exceptional childcare and education to children from birth to 5 years old. Set in an intimate environment, it features separate spaces for different age groups and a captivating indoor play area.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Level 3 or above in Early Years

• Demonstrable previous experience working in a nursery setting

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

• Creating a safe, inclusive, and exceptionally stimulating environment for children to explore and learn

• Thoughtfully planning and executing age-appropriate activities that align with the EYFS framework

• Establishing strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Methodically monitoring and documenting children's progress and development

• Ensuring that the nursery environment maintains impeccable standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization
