Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Permanent, Full-Time)

Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (shift basis)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery setting in Milton Keynes. This is a full-time, permanent role with an immediate start, offering 40 hours per week on a shift basis.

Working Hours (shift patterns):

• 07:30 - 16:30

• 09:00 - 18:00

• 08:30 - 17:30
  (All shifts include a 1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality care and education to children

• Supporting children's development in line with nursery policies

• Working collaboratively with the team to create a safe and nurturing environment

• Maintaining records and communicating effectively with parents and colleagues

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

• Commitment to child development and wellbeing

• Ability to work flexibly across the shift patterns outlined
