Your New Job

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and behaviour support staff to deliver tailored interventions and classroom support. You will help pupils develop their academic, social, and emotional skills in a structured and nurturing setting. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2025, ideal for candidates passionate about inclusive education and behaviour support.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a PRU, SEMH, or alternative provision setting
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach to supporting vulnerable pupils
