Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years practitioner looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a Level 3 (or above) Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management skills to join a dedicated team and make a real impact on young children's learning and development.

• Support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality learning experiences for pupils aged 3-5 (07:30-17:30)

• Develop and implement strategies to manage and promote positive behaviour

• Work closely with parents and carers to provide consistent support at home and school

• Contribute to individual education plans and monitor pupil progress

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education/Nursery Assistant

• Strong experience managing challenging behaviour in young children

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

• Commitment to supporting all pupils, including those with SEND
