Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Aspire People are recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school where TAs are an essential part of the classroom team.

The Role

You'll support pupils across KS1 and KS2, working closely with teachers to deliver targeted support.

Key Responsibilities:

1:1 and small group support

Classroom assistance

Behaviour and engagement support

Intervention delivery

Requirements:

Level 3 TA qualification (CACHE or equivalent)

Recent UK primary school experience

Passion for supporting children
