The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant working within EYFS, you will:

Support children in Nursery and Reception classes with their learning and development.
Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS Framework.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
Work closely with class teachers to support children's progress.
Encourage positive behaviour and help children build confidence and independence.
Adapt quickly to different school settings while maintaining high standards of care and education.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification.
Experience working within EYFS in a primary school or nursery setting.
A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
