Pay Rate: £95- £100 per day (DOE), Weekly Pay

Role Overview: We are seeking a confident, empathetic, and adaptable individual with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of differentiated learning activities.
• Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
• Collaborate with the school’s SEN team to implement individual education plans (IEPs).

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or equivalent (Essential).
• Experience working in a secondary school setting (Essential).
• Enhanced DBS check (Essential).
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Empathy and understanding towards the needs of students with SEN.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to supporting student learning.
