We are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and supportive primary school in Ellesmere Port seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a long-term position with the opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children's learning and making a positive impact in the classroom.

The Role

As an Experienced Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teaching and learning across the classroom.
Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.
Help create an engaging, inclusive and positive learning environment.
Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and academic progress.
Work collaboratively with class teachers and the wider school team.
Provide additional support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) where required.The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Has previous experience working within a primary school setting.
Is confident supporting pupils across the primary age range.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
Is patient, adaptable and committed to helping every child succeed.
Has experience supporting children with SEN (desirable).What We Offer
