Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity within a primary school?

Aspire People are working with a network of primary schools across Manchester and the surrounding areas who are seeking experienced and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support teaching and learning.

We have a range of opportunities available now, including daily supply, part-time work and longer-term placements.

These roles are ideal for candidates who are confident supporting pupils across the primary curriculum and who can help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

**The Role:**

- Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support
- Assisting with differentiated classroom activities
- Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and engagement
- Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
- Assisting with learning activities and classroom preparation
- Working closely with class teachers and wider school staff

**The Ideal Candidate:**

- Holds a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Has relevant experience working within a UK primary school within the last 2 years
- Has a good understanding of the primary curriculum
- Is confident supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Is reliable, proactive and adaptable
