LGV Driver

We are now recruiting for LGV/HGV C+E Class 1 Drivers on a full time, permanent basis based in Teynham. 

Your role will include operating refrigerated vehicles, delivering and collecting chilled stock from Local and Regional Distribution Centres as well as Farms and Packhouses across the UK.

Shifts: As below.

• Wednesday-Saturday 14:00pm.
• Thursday-Saturday 04:00am, 13:00pm, 16:00pm & 17:00pm available. 
• Saturday-Wednesday 15:00pm. 
• Saturday-Tuesday 14:00pm. 
• Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Friday 15:00pm.

Salary: As below:

Basic Rates: 

• Monday-Friday Earlies - £15.84 per hour. 
• Monday-Friday Days - £15.18 per hour.
• Monday-Friday Nights - £16.53 per hour.

Overtime Monday-Friday over 50 Hours & Saturday (Including all hours worked into Saturday from Friday):

• Earlies - £19.01 per hour.
• Days - £18.22 per hour. 
• Nights - £19.84 per hour.  

Sundays (Including all hours worked into Sunday from Saturday) & Bank Holidays:

• Earlies - £24.36 per hour. 
• Days - £23.41 per hour. 
• Nights - £25.41 per hour. 

Disturbance allowance - £42.20 (Where applicable).  

• Possession of LGV Class 1 Licence
• Current CPC
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadlines.
