LGV HGV C+E Class 1 Driver

Culina Logistics provides integrated supply chain services and expertise for food & drink products that require strict refrigerated temperatures.

Salary: £40,566 per annum 

Shifts: 5 on 3 off shifts available AM & PM shifts available. 

• 03:00am-06:00am start window.
• 06:00am-09:00am start window.
• 15:00pm-18:00pm start window.
• 17:00pm-20:00pm start window. 

Shift Premiums as below:

Start times available between 12:00 – 19:59 – Shift premium of £10 per shift

Start times available between 20:00 – 03:59 - Shift premium of £15 per shift

Overtime (working an extra shift outside of your agreed shift pattern)

• Monday to Friday - £16.90 per hour.
• Saturday - £20.09 per hour.
• Sunday - £22.84 per hour.

Driver duty premium applicable to Drivers who work over 11 hours

Driver performance bonus 

Shift allowance applicable to some shift patterns 

• Possession of LGV Class 1 Licence
• Current CPC and Tacho Card. 
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadline
