LGV/HGV C+E Class 1 Driver

We are now recruiting for LGV/HGV C+E Class 1 Drivers on a full time, permanent basis based for various shift patterns in Poole. 

Your role will include operating articulated refrigerated vehicles, collecting chilled stock and equipment from Local and regional suppliers and delivering into Retail and Wholesale Distribution Centres across the UK.

Salary/Basic Rates:

Monday-Friday:

• Days - £13.18 per hour 
• Mid starts and Trampers - £14.02 per hour.
• Nights Basic - £15.00 per hour. 

Saturday:

• Saturday Days - £17.13 per hour. 
• Saturday Mids & Trampers - £18.23 per hour.
• Saturday Nights - £19.50 per hour. 

Sunday:

• Sunday Days - £19.77 per hour. 
• Sunday Mids and Trampers - £21.03 per hour.
• Sunday Nights - £22.50 per hour. 

Disturbance allowance where applicable - £42.20 per hour. 

Shifts:

• 4ON 4OFF - 22:00pm start time.

• Possession of LGV C+E Licence
• Current DCPC
• Newly qualified drivers considered
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and Current Drivers Hours Desirable but full training can be provided
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to Work Effectively and Accurately in a Fast Paced Environment
• Effectively Prioritise Workload in Order to Meet Set Deadlines
