Average earnings : Day shift £45K per annum - Night shift £51K per annum - Based on any 5 from 7 and some weekend working on the rota pattern.

Job Description

In your role as a LGV Driver, you will be operating refrigerated articulated vehicles, delivering and collecting chilled stock from Local and Regional Distribution Centres as well as Farms and Packhouses across the UK.

LGV C+ E drivers required various shift patterns any 5 from 7, start times vary from 00.00am – 12:00hrs {Wednesday -Sunday / Thursday – Monday / Friday – Tuesday / Saturday – Wednesday}

£166.30 Monday – Friday dayshift = £13.85 per hour based on 12hr shift
£188.47 Saturday & Sunday dayshift = £15.70 per hour based on 12hr shift
£188.47 Monday – Friday nightshift = £15.70 per hour based on 12hr shift
£210.64 Saturday & Sunday nightshift = £17.50 per hour based on 12hr shift
Nights out available £26.20 per night out / Tramping available
£5.00 daily tax-free meal allowance.
Potential to earn up to £1000 annual safe driver bonus scheme {paid £250 a qtr} based on safe and efficient driving
£30 daily bonus if you operate a double deck trailer.
Weekly paid {every Friday}
All fleet under 3 years old with 50% of the fleet new latest 2024 Volvo FH
Handheld tablets for pre vehicle check and manifests.

Qualifications

Possession of LGV Class 1 Licence
Current CPC
Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadline
