About the role

Youll be handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finisheverything from sales and purchases to transfers of equity and remortgages. The environment is structured yet down-to-earth, and youll have the support of experienced legal assistants to help keep things running smoothly. Youll be trusted to manage your files independently, but youll never feel like youre on your own.

Working hours

• Monday to Friday, 9am5pm

• This is a fully office-based role.

Key duties

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion

• Communicating regularly with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents

• Carrying out searches, title checks, and dealing with enquiries

• Keeping clients informed in plain English every step of the way
  
  

Key requirements

• Must be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or Solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancing

• Confident managing your own files with minimal supervision

• Comfortable handling volume without compromising on care or attention

• Great with clientsapproachable, honest, and able to explain things clearly
