Job Description - Licensing Administrator

Licensing Administrator- Fulltime - Permanent - Hull

Our client is a well-established, legal firm. Due to growth, they are looking for a Licensing Administrator to join their Hull team.

Purpose of the Licensing Administrator role:

To provide seamless administration support, primarily to the fee earners and your department and secondly to the company as a whole.

Licensing AdministratorResponsibilities:

  • Providing Administrative support to the licensing team
  • Managing calls and emails
  • Submitting licensing applications as directed by the Head of Dept including arranging newspaper advertisements and notices displayed on pthe application premises
  • Create and maintain client files
  • Ensure compliance with data protection
  • Operation and understanding of the firm's IT system in so far as it affects your day to day use of the system
  • To be fully conversant with the firm's Practice management system, including enquiries/print outs of clients ledgers
  • Undertake routine office duties including photocopying, faxing, filing of correspondence and results and maintenance of records as required
  • Prioritise own workload
  • Be responsible for dealing with all correspondence by keeping a satisfactory record/filing system
  • To promote and adhere to the firm's quality procedures, which encompass Lexcel, as defined in the Firm's Quality Manual
  • Familiarise yourself with the firm's Health & Safety policies and to promote safe working practices

The Perfect Accountant (Part Qualified / Qualified) Will Have the Following Requirements:

  • Experience working in a busy office environment

The Perfect Accountant (Part Qualified / Qualified) Will Have the Following Competencies and Skills:

  • A good standard of computer literacy
  • Excellent customer services skills
