Locations:

Hybrid with London (EC1) based offices – 50% office 50% home.
Contract- 12 months | Creative Software Company (S&P 500) with an amazing culture.
Salary Range: £75,000- £80,000 per year.

Your Challenge:
Navigate the evolving needs of our customers in a changing economic landscape.
Lead scale programs guiding customers to the right digital investments.

What You'll Do:

Drive financial targets and key performance indicators.
Collaborate closely with our dynamic Licensing team.
Provide regular updates and maintain efficient workflows.
Engage with stakeholders and align strategies.
Continuously refine performance for maximum impact.

What You Need to Succeed:

Experience in Licensing and Software.
People Management experience.
Confidence in B2B interactions and partner/reseller sales.
Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills—spoken and written.
Ability to navigate virtual/matrix-based organizations.
Creative and critical thinker with analytical skills.
IT/Technical knowledge and organizational prowess.
