We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the North West / North London / Hertfordshire, installing, servicing, and repairing lifts.
Insurance inspections – Attending sites, examining a wide variety of lifting equipment, and issuing detailed reports to clients.
Condition surveys – Surveying existing plant to provide reports on the incumbent service provider’s service delivery, compliance with current Health & Safety legislation, Disability Discrimination Act compliance, and short -, medium -, and long -term lift lifecycle analysis.
Providing overview reports outlining options for refurbishment of existing installations or replacement with new pre -engineered modular design solutions.
Equipment audits – Carrying out visual surveys of existing installations to benchmark them against predetermined quality expectations and producing reports.
Maintenance audits – Providing professional advice on the incumbent service provider’s performance and service delivery, supported by written reports.
Travelling independently to attend customer sites and premises as required.
Maintaining up -to -date knowledge of lift products and accessories.
Completing test certificates and associated documentation accurately and on time.
Adhering to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
Working in a methodical, efficient, and professional manner while delivering excellent customer service.
Carrying out other reasonable duties as required by senior management.
Delivering an excellent customer and client experience.
Ensuring maintenance, inspections, and repairs are carried out safely, accurately, and cost -effectively.
Maintaining accurate and up -to -date records.
NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience carrying out lift service and maintenance inspections.
Experience diagnosing and repairing a variety of lift systems independently.
Experience working autonomously in a customer -facing role.
Good written and spoken English.
Strong understanding of current Health & Safety procedures and standards.
Full UK driving licence.

Job Type: Full -time
Salary: £38,000 – £43,000 per year
Experience Required:
NVQ Level 3 (minimum 1 year)
Lift Engineer experience (minimum 1 year)
