Lift Projects Supervisor

This established and growing independent lift company are currently seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to support their Major Projects division. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Lift Engineer with supervisory experience to join a business delivering major repairs and modernisation projects across their portfolio in the Midlands.

As a Project Supervisor you will be responsible for:

Supervising major repair and modernisation projects from planning through to completion
Supporting and coordinating engineers and subcontractors on site
Monitoring project progress to ensure works are completed safely, on time and within budget
Providing technical support and guidance to engineering teams
Liaising with customers, site contacts and internal departments
Managing project materials, logistics and site administration
Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times
Reporting project updates and performance to senior management
Leading by example and supporting the development of engineering teamsTo be successful in this role you will have:

A background in lift engineering with experience in major repairs, modernisation, installation or service
NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (essential)
NVQ/QCF Level 4 (desirable)
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within the lift industry
Strong technical knowledge across a variety of lift products
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
