As a Warehouse Line Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our Goods In operations, taking ownership of people, process, product, and performance delivery across the team. Your mission? To lead, support and develop a high-performing warehouse team and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe day-to-day operations.

What will you be doing?

• Lead and manage your warehouse team effectively – Drive daily performance across goods in, stock handling and replenishment, while promoting a culture of ownership, teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Plan and prioritise with a loss-focused mindset – Identify and act on opportunities to improve stock accuracy, reduce waste and enhance efficiency across warehouse processes.

• Champion collaboration – Work closely with site teams and external partners to ensure the smooth, timely flow of materials and deliveries in line with business needs and customer expectations.

• Make a real impact on operational performance – Ensure the team adheres to quality, safety and hygiene standards, and that resources are used efficiently to meet KPIs and service targets.

• Develop and coach your people – Conduct regular check-ins and appraisals, support skills development and create a team environment where everyone can grow and thrive.
