Line Leader

We are seeking an Advanced Packhouse Operative with prior experience in a similar role to play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring Packhouse machinery.


• Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards.


• Completion of paperwork.


• Supporting colleagues with daily tasks.


• Coaching and training team members.


• Following health & safety and food hygiene procedures.


• Packing and weighing products with accuracy and efficiency.


• Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and well-stocked.

Experience and skills required:

• Previous experience in a Packhouse or food production environment.


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced setting.


• Team player with excellent communication skills.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday: 6:00am – finish (Approx. 4pm)


• Rotational Saturdays: 6:00am – finish (Approx. 11am)


• Flexibility required based on business need
