Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Linux-based systems (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky/Ubuntu)
• Troubleshoot server, storage, application, and networking issues for global clients.
• Contribute to hardware/software installations, configurations, and deployments.
• Document resolutions and contribute to the internal knowledgebase.
• Learn and assist with enterprise storage systems, including distributed filesystems
• Support basic networking (VLANs, routing, switch configuration).
• Automation tools (SaltStack) and scripting (Bash/Python) — training provided.

Person Profile:

• Prior experience in an IT support role, service desk, or infrastructure support.
• Confident with Linux command line and basic system administration.
• Exposure to networking, storage, or virtualisation is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills for working with technical teams and end users.
