As a Literature Specialist, you’ll help keep Quilter Platform Operations’ forms and customer literature accurate, clear and up to date.
You’ll manage reviews, updates and delivery activity, making sure materials support customer outcomes, business requirements and regulatory standards.
Working with stakeholders across the business, you’ll use your judgement, attention to detail and collaborative approach to improve the way materials are created, approved and shared.

Experience in marketing, financial services, operations or customer communications would be useful, particularly in one or more of the following areas:
Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Acrobat would also be helpful.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Great attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
Confidence working with stakeholders, influencing decisions and building positive relationships.
A proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and delivering better customer
outcomes.
The ability to work independently, manage priorities and know when to escalate risks or issues.
A collaborative mindset, with curiosity, integrity and a willingness to keep learning.
