ACS Staffing Solutions is proud to be recruiting for Lithographic Print Minders for our client within a highly skilled print team. These positions are based in Wellingborough, working with industry-leading Komori G40 6-colour presses with coater. These roles offer a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to join a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the Lithographic printing press with minimal supervision.
• Ensure consistent print and colour quality; manage colour standard documentation.
• Complete documentation for traceability and compliance.
• Carry out daily maintenance and care of the press.
• Ensure daily production schedules are met.
• Work collaboratively with the wider production team.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience running Lithographic presses (Komori preferred but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high print standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
