Credit Hire – Litigation Assistant

Location: Sheffield (Hybrid)
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 + Bonus

Perfect for someone stepping up into a fee earning role. You’ll manage your own credit hire files from start to finish, working closely with senior lawyers to develop your skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Handling a cradle-to-grave caseload of credit hire claims
• Drafting pleadings and preparing court bundles
• Liaising with clients and external parties

What you need:

• Some experience assisting or handling credit hire claims
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ambition to develop within a supportive, expanding team
