Are you an experienced Clinical & Medical Negligence Litigator?

Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

Our client is a specialist law firm with over 30 years’ experience within Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence. They are currently looking for Litigation Executives to join their Clinical & Medical Negligence team.

If you are passionate and possess strong experience in handling Clinical & Medical Negligence cases at all stages, then this could be the role for you!

You’ll be joining a team who really care and are dedicated to dealing with the highest severity of injuries.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims from inception to trial.
• Communicating with clients, solicitors, experts, third parties and any other party.
• Ability to work to deadlines, timescales and achieve KPI’s.
• Working within a team and individually.
• Drafting documents for court.
• Collecting and collating medical records.
• Dealing with all aspects of pre and post issue proceedings.

About You:

• Experience handling Clinical Negligence cases at all stages, including trial.
• Ideally, you’ll be a newly qualified solicitor or an experienced litigator.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Proven legal and forensic skills.
• Good research skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Keen analytical skills.
• Strong client care skills.
