Job Description - Litigation Executive - Motor / Credit Hire

Role Overview:
A well-established law firm in the Northwest is seeking an experienced Litigation Executive to manage a caseload of motor claims, with a particular focus on subrogation and credit hire matters for high-net-worth clients and insurers. This is a full-time, hybrid role, dealing with both pre-litigated and litigated cases from inception to conclusion.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:

Minimum 3 years’ claimant-side motor litigation experience
Proven experience with subrogated claims and credit hire
Strong understanding of CPR, pre-action protocols, and litigation procedures
Familiarity with Proclaim case management system (or similar)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
