Litigation Fee Earner - HYBRID

Are you a driven and detail-oriented litigation professional looking to take the next step in your legal career? We're seeking a proactive and client-focused Litigation Fee Earner to join a well-established and supportive legal team in the heart of Loughborough.

You'll be managing your own caseload of general civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on areas such as:

• Contract disputes
• Property litigation
• Debt recovery
• Landlord and tenant issues
• Contentious probate (desirable but not essential)

• Handling a varied caseload from instruction to conclusion
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
• Attending court hearings and client meetings
• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients

• A qualified solicitor, legal executive, or experienced paralegal with a strong background in litigation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
