Location: Basildon or Chelmsford (with flexible working arrangements)
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000, depending on experience

The Role:
As a key member of the Litigation department, you will manage a varied caseload, delivering high-quality legal advice and representation across a range of litigation matters. While experience in property disputes is an advantage, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a broad range of litigation cases on behalf of clients
• Managing your own client files effectively and efficiently
• Supporting the development of the litigation practice area
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with demonstrable experience in litigation
• Ideally some exposure to property dispute matters
• Excellent communication, client care, and file management skills
• Confident using legal technology and case management systems
